These coconut chips are much tastier and more substantial than the usual shredded coconut that one finds elsewhere. Since one pound is more than I can use while it's still fresh (I know I could freeze it), I share it with friends, and they love it, too.

The product is fresh. Unsweetened is the only way to go, but it leaves coconut flavorless.
