No support, buy at own risk, wasted my money

I have the prior version OpenEVSE and my relay failed for the second time. Now the Packard is the only relay available so I had to order it rather than the Struthers Dunn relay I had in my device. I asked when ordering if it was compatible with my EVSE and if I needed anything additional and got no response so figured I was good. This relay is different enough from mine and the controller has changed even though the model number is the same. The installation instructions online show both controllers and do not at all tell you how to install this relay using the last generation controller. I reached out to support 4 times over 11 days and received no response. I now am going to go buy an EVSE I can rely upon. Stay away from OpenEVSE, used to be good and helpful, not anymore :(

It fixed my EVSE

It took me several attempts to get a technician to help me work towards fixing my broken EVSE. I had purchased it from you 6 years ago. It worked fine until about a month ago. It is working again. I am so relieved to not have to have purchased a brand new unit.

The replacement part I purchased fit perfectly the need. Hopefully will last longer than the original one
