Company doesn't support their customers

Waste of money, my relay died for the second time and figured I would upgrade the display when putting the new relay in. I asked when ordering if this was compatible and if I would need anything additional and received no response so figured I was good. There are no clear directions on how to upgrade from the old display to this model, the controller in their photos online is different than mine and I reached out to support 4 times now with zero response which is very sad and different from my experience with OpenEVSE over the past 5 or 6 years. Going to go buy a different EVSE now due to lack of support.
