I really think that the shorter (Gorilla Bow Light bands) yellow and red bands are better then their predecessor, Original Gorilla Bow yellow and red bands. They are thicker, and I find they have better resistance. So if you need the 10 lb yellow and 20 lb red band for your workout, I recommend using the shorter Gorilla Bow Light bands, yellow and red bands unless you were doing lightweight squats. Most people can start with the green band and up.
