Emmi Raclette Cheese from Switzerland, block, about 1.75lbs

Excellent Cheese

The cheese was wonderful and tightly packed in vacuum plastic. However, although I paid extra for 2nd day air shipping, it arrived at an internal temperature of 80 degrees. It came with two ice packs, completely melted and warm and packed in a cardboard box. While it was edible and, I hope, safe, I wish Raclette Corner had packed it in a sturdy styrofoam container. I have received medicines and food items packed in styrofoam and ice packs, and have never had them arrive completely warm. I am recommending the product because it was so good; however, the shipping materials need to be upgraded.

Great cheese

All in all, a great shopping experience and high quality of the goods. The cheese really tastes very authentic. The only negative point is the long delivery time of 4 or 5 days with USPS. For perishable food, a faster parcel service should be used, especially since temperatures in Texas are currently over 110°F.
