All in all, a great shopping experience and high quality of the goods. The cheese really tastes very authentic. The only negative point is the long delivery time of 4 or 5 days with USPS. For perishable food, a faster parcel service should be used, especially since temperatures in Texas are currently over 110°F.

This cheese tasted wonderful w/o melting! Strong flavor but smooth. Melts quickly. I brought this for my sister and family’s first dinner on their new raclette grill - everyone enjoyed this cheese.
