We received our 7lbs Mifroma raclette cheese just in time for our raclette dinner with a large group of friends in Alaska. The cheese arrived nice and chilled with zero shipping issues (which, for Alaska standards, is a small miracle). It tasted just as it does when I buy it at home in Switzerland and our friends could not stop raving about the amazing cheese tastes and quality. Mifroma Raclette Cheese

We normally order Emmi Raclette Cheese but decided to try Mifroma. This cheese is our new favorite! This is the only place we can find Swiss Raclette Cheese that is not pre-cut and is priced fairly. Always arrives quickly and well packaged in cold packs.
