I love it!

I saw many bad reviews, bought it anyways and glad I did! It was a little hard to put together a video helped me. I did receive the package damaged so I had a lot of parts broken. Sent pictures and an email to hatching time and within a week I got all new parts. No coast no problem for me. The part replacement cost more than the original product. I do suggest if they would pack the items better less space in box they wouldn’t have to replace so many items.

Super easy to return and customer service was very nice. But honestly it was impossible with the lack of directions provided and the difficulty of getting pieces together I felt I was going break it to get pieces together
