Nest Box Pads (NXT V5.2)

we already had a coop with nesting boxes with homemade rollaway ramps but we needed a better Matt for the eggs to roll freely. We just put this one in and we're gonna put it in all of our other ones because the egg sits on the top instead of sinking in to the nap of the indoor outdoor carpet

I replaced the pad in our nest box. I love it because the eggs are now rolling away like they should instead of getting caught in the groove where the “grass” had broken off. However my hens have noticed the difference and half of them are looking for other places to lay their eggs! I can’t imagine why but they aren’t using the box. I had an easier time getting them to use the box when I introduced the box for the first time!

We love it! Clean, unbroken eggs all day, everyday! The boys love collecting them. Easy to maintain and clean the nesting box and mat! Years of work, just got a lot easier! Recommend HenGear to everyone!
