I bought two of these units and I am very very pleased with them. They make everything so much easier! The shipping time was incredible on them, they both arrived way quicker than expected. They are very easy to assemble. There was one water nipple that had a slight leak but it was so easy to fix and I was so thankful to order replacement water nipples for so cheap from these people! Thank you, great product!!

Difficult to put together. Plastic breaks easily.

Nice unit, but more difficult to put together than I thought it would be

The enclosed instructions are very basic and do not cover small details that you need to know. The Youtube video was much more helpful. However, I needed many more clamps and other tools to align and assemble the two-level unit. The aluminum rods need to be threaded at the ends to receive bolts to hold the cage together, not plastic bushings. Otherwise, the packaging contained everything, the unit looks exactly like the picture and was as described. Well thought out and overall, a very nice unit for any small-scale chicken operation where space is limited.
