Alkaline Recipe eBook Bundle

I was so excited to get started changing my eating habits and starting this new lifestyle. I got rid of everything that I shouldn’t have in my pantry. I went shopping and got a lot of the things Dr Daryl recommended like specific oils, spices, etc... I had a lot of the things he stated but I definitely had to purchase more. I really neede recipes. I’m still trying to get stronger after going through 19 back surgeries, two staph infections, being bedridden, dehydrated, on a lot of medications, and last year I had 3 kidney stone surgeries due to the stones all being 3.3 cm, 2.4 cm and 1.2 cm. They thought maybe my one kidney was dead because I wasn’t in any pain. I’m working out and getting stronger but I needed guidance. Dr Daryl latex everything out in his cookbooks perfectly. He has the shopping lists set up if you want to follow his setup or blank sheets so you can fill in your own. It is a great help and so far the recipes have been delicious.This is essential for me to have it all right there for me. If you want to prep for the week and cook ahead of time you can. I love the organization of his plan and I’m learning to love all these flavors I’ve never experienced before. Also, on top of everything else Dr Daryl has the books split up into season’s which is great. Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.I’ve just begun to scratch the surface and have made recipes from the Winter eBook and some that are in the Fall eBook. I purchased all 4 eBooks and I can’t wait to try out all of the recipes. There are snacks, entrees, breakfast and lunch recipes. I love the dessert recipes as well! Such an incredible helpful tool to have forward starting a whole new eating lifestyle!

Slow delivery

I am still waiting for my order that I placed on 11/21! Also, there is no option to track your order online once you've placed it. I'm still waiting to hear back about the status of my order. I probably won't order again- takes too long!!
