Defective pump

The actual lotion feels great on my dry skin. I does not change the look of my older skin but I do like the moisturizing effect. However, the pump will not open, so I have to find another way to get this product out of the bottle. I found an old pump from another product, but it is not the same. This was rather expensive for this kind of problem to occur. I may not be able to justify purchasing again.

This balm instantly hydrates aging skin! My granddaughter and daughter both use it and gifted me one for Christmas, love this product!!!
