Wyeast 2565 Kolsch Yeast

Wyeast 2565 works well

The yeast does its job and help create fantastic beer. This is my second batch - we liked it that much! That being said you should definitely have the Wyeast shipped overnight or next day. Mine Wyeast arrived HOT even though it was shipped with cooler pack. So far it seems to be doing it's job but if you are worried about keeping it cool for shipping, faster is better.

Probably the best Kolsch I have brewed. Closest to the German Kolsch I can find.

Why do I have to rate everything

I just bottled the Koshch, yet I'm asked to give a review. Well - it was quite fun to brew, ferment and bottle. Haven't had a chance to try it, but I got my obligatory email to review it. Brewer beware!
