Wish other grape varietal concentrates were available.
You used to handle other grape varietal concentrates that came in cans. Alexander’s is one brand name I remember. In the fall, wine making time, I like to fortify some of my musts with concentrate to increase flavor and density. It is better to use the appropriate varietal rather than the Concord grape concentrate that you now make available. Your Concord Red Grape Concentrate is a poor substitute for a Pinot Noir or a Cab concentrate.
Perhaps you could make more options available next autumn.
Thanks.

Grape concentrates.
I have before and will continue buying these. They are great additions to all my fruit wines. The reds go into the blackberry. The whites are added into rasberry, rhubarb, apple and peach wines.

Adds Body To Ports
I use some Red Grape Concentrate to add sugar and body to the must of a normal wine and use a yeast that can handle 18% alcohol and add some additional sugar to make a port out of what would be a normal wine. To make a good port the extra body helps.
