Medium toast French oak cubes

Exactly what I wanted. Great flavor but the size of the cubes is very inconsistent.

I just bottled it... tasted it and tastes very good at bottling. Too early to tell how it will be until aging. So far .. so good

nice subtle oak finish

These worked well for me and gave my Chardonnay a nice subtle, but noticeable oak finish. I liked these much better than the finner chips because they're a lot easier to clean up and don't require an extra strainer to keep particles out of my wine.
