Description
Gelatin Finings clears beer and wine by causing the particles to coagulate and settle. It can also reduce astringency by removing tannin. Use up to 1 teaspoon per 5 gallons.

Gelatin finnings
I always use Irish moss at the end of the boil. When the yeast does not clear to my satisfaction as with some ales I add dissolved gelatin to the secondary fermenter. It works every time. My Belgian Wit came out nice and clear. I never filter my beer so it is important to have clear beer when it is bottled.
