Great Bottle Drying & Storage System - It makes for much more cleaner/managed storing of the wine bottles between Fermentations.. Oh, and my last batch of wine turned out very good.. The cheaper wine came out at 10% ABV, But, my more expensive Wine turned out at 12% and is by far the better batch of the two. The racks make preping the bottles so much easier that a bottle tree, or just setting them in a tub upside down, Well made, easy to use.
