Better than Expected

So I hesitated to purchase this kit since the juice amount was reduced from prior kits. But this kit surpassed my expectations. The color is rich and this is a full bodied red. I recommend giving it a try. Pay close attention to the instructions because some of the kits contain the wrong instructions and CRU is aware of this. For example, step 11 says to proceed to secondary fermentation but there is no secondary fermentation for this kit as it does not need it. I currently have my wine in a 5 gallon carboy for extended aging and it has settled very nicely.
