My wife and I love Carmenere. It is full bodied wine with lots of flavor. Easy to drink and goes with everything.

Carménère Wine Kit instructions were easy to follow. Bottled last week with good color, fruit flavor came through, Suspect it will be wonderful in a few months.

Review This was part of my Midwest Supplies subscription service. The kit came on time, was easy to finish according to the instructions. I added a bit more oak chips during fermentation. This batch of wine is currently in the clearing phase. I hope to have it in the bottle and enjoying it by the holidays. Tasting during the clearing process indicates a pretty good final product.
