Great wine!!!

Very pleased with this wine. It mellower with age. Very good quality. I highly recommend this wine kit.

Still in the carboy for aging

Easy to do this kit, everything went as planned. I am doing a few thing’s differently, bulk aging for a few extra months and added 1/2 cup of medium toast French Oak. I also did two extra rackings and will do 2 more before bottling around Christmas. That will make it a 70 to 80 day aging process. Did do a tasting a week ago and all is well. Should be a bit smother in a month or so, but plan to store it for at least 2 years after bottling.
