Pinot Noir

I have made 3 batches of this wine. On the last batch the fermentation was not started with the kit provided yeast. After 3 weeks communicating with the Midwest Supplies customer support, a yeast packet was provided and fermentation started immediately. Hopefully, wine quality is not affected as indicated by the customer support. The waiting time delayed my batch 3 weeks.
