Chilean Malbec

I always give these kits more time than the minimum recommended by the instructions so I haven’t tasted it yet. I have done this kit before and liked it so I’m trying it again.

Malbec is my all time favorite

I've been making one or two runs of Malbec for years. Very nice wine and always has stable flavors. Occasionally I'll rediscover a bottle from several years ago and it's always great. A family favorite for sure!
