Sauvignon Blanc Wine Kit - Master Vintner® Winemaker's Reserve®

Excellent & easy!

This was our first time attempting to make wine at home, and this kit included everything we needed plus simple instructions. The results were excellent! Have shared a few bottles with friends who also gave positive feedback. Light, crisp and crystal clear. Perfect wine for summer. Ordered another kit to keep up with summer demand. Highly recommend! Also ordered the Master Vintner Old Vine Zin (bottled & aging), Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet-Merlot (which are both in the primary fermentation stage). Looking forward to bottling those and trying in a few months. Highly recommend these kits!

A little disappointed

I have made alot of white wine over the years and this kit was, at best, average. The sugar content of the starting juice was a bit low than has been typical for kits I've purchased in the past. The product one-week post-bottling had a slight bitterness to it that I've not experienced prior.
