Peach Chardonnay Wine Kit - Turned out awesome

My wife and I made this according to instructions. We drank a bottle worth at time of bottling and it was good. Friends were over at that time and also liked it. It's been in the bottle for just over 2.5 months and we opened a bottle this past weekend to share with friends. It was gone immediately and everyone was impressed. Chances are it will all be gone by the time 6 months comes around, but I wonder how much more it will improve. If it continues to improve I imagine it will be awesome. We'll be making more.
