A fair lager, subtle flavors, easy drinker
Very basic recipe, just some base and crystal specialty malts. I used Saflager 34/70 instead of the recommended Saflager S23.
Fermented in my chamber for a month at 60F, then cold crashed at 38F for a week. Just kegged so it is definitely not conditioned yet. Soft sweetness, maybe a touch of candy, hints of floral and honey, maybe even a suggestion of herbal notes? I'm sure the flavor profile will change somewhat after it is fully conditioned.
I brewed this in the winter, and it works fine for me, but this would make a good summer session, lawnmower beer. Pretty light, easy to drink, very approachable.
