Winter Warmer Extract
Gravity was 1.069 just as stated. I used the Wyeast after doing a yeast starter and it finished at 1.014. Took about 3 weeks to fully carbonate after bottling, but very good dark beer, with hint of chocolate and clean finish. I usually do all grain, but buying the 3 kit deal I did extract to save time. Would do this one again, the all grain must be amazing.

Good
Beer is fairly balanced, slightly sweet, with a malt forward profile. I used the Safebrew American Ale yeast. Much like a porter I'd say. That's fresh out of the fermentation tank. Not sure what it will age out to be like.
