Chocolate Milk Stout Extract Beer Recipe Kit

I've never been let down by Midwest's recipe kits -- they're packaged well, with clear instructions, and with all of the sales codes or bundles deals I've always gotten a good price. I rarely make the kits as written, though, as I prefer to use them as a base line to modify and experiment with the recipes. I added a couple ounces of peanut extract to this Chocolate Milk Stout kit to give it more of a candy bar-like flavor, and I was happy with how it turned out.

So far so good. I started on Valentine's Day and racked to secondary on 3/1/2023. I'm going to let it sit until June or so before I add chocolate nibs. I may not bottle this until August-September. Plan is to taste test on or about Thanksgiving Day.
