Great beer, perfect for summer

I bought this kit as a birthday present for a family member who has a lot of experience home brewing. He really enjoyed making it, and we all agreed that the honey weizen beer tastes really good. It's a great pick for the summer -- it's very light and crisp tasting, and I like that it has the honey flavor without being sweet.

refreshing summer brew

This brew is one of my favorites. Clean crisp mouth feel with just a touch of citrusy bite. Wasn't ecpecting the tartness at first but as it ages has mellowed out and I am really starting to enjoy.
