Fast Brew and Good Brew

Had to tap one to drink with this review (just looking for an excuse). Great summer beer for sure. Fairly complex taste for a simple brew with no grains. You almost feel like you're doing something wrong when brewing LOL. The orange and coriander are the life of this party for sure. Definitely one to keep in your back pocket for parties and get togethers. I will always go back to this one for sure.

Business as usual

It's still 2-3 weeks left to go in secondary fermentation but, like everything else I order from Midwest, the kit was delivered on time, all the ingredients were there, and it brewed just fine. It'll be going in a keg when it's finished.

Fantastic

I was surprised there was no wheat flakes in the kit but low and behold it was just about the best wheat beer I've ever brewed. I've been brewing for over 8 years now and tried many different recipes and although this was simple (ingredient wise) it tasted just like a witbeer should. Ill gladly order and brew it again.
