Gluten Free Honey Whole Grain Bread Mix

The flavor of the bread is great, it isn't dry or crumbly, and it didn't go stale on the counter. Your products always bake beautifully! The bread was a little dense, but that may have been the egg replacer I used (Neat Egg.) I would like to see more specific egg replacer guidelines because there are so many and they all have different characteristics.
