Gluten Free White Bread Mix

Excellent products

We absolutely love Gluten free Heaven. All of their products are amazing. My kids that can eat gluten prefer the brownie mix hands down over all others

Really good.

One thing I can't quite get right is when I take it out of the oven it's big and puffy like a loaf of bread, but then it sort of deflates and becomes more dense. Am I leaving it in the pan too long? Not long enough? Is there something I should be doing so this doesn't happen?
