Gluten Free Carrot Cake Mix

We love this cake. It is one of the best cakes we've ever had, and, it's gluten free. You'd never know it!

I made this cake into cupcakes instead because I'm the only one who eats GF. I didn't put frosting on them so I could freeze them. I pull one at a time out and microwave it and then frost it. They are delicious!! I will definitely buy them again.

I love all the GFH products I have tried. The only thing I wish was that the directions on various products would specify the size of pan to use.
