Our go to flour

My husband was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2005. For the past 16 years, a lot has changed for gluten free options. We have tried them all, including making our own combination of flours for better taste and ease of cooking. This is our favorite so far! We use this as our go to flour for, well, everything!

I made the drop biscuits with this mix. They were delicious! Just like regular biscuits! Even my picky son likes them and that's saying something!!
