I use these all the time to make chicken broth obviously and they're incredible. They have a good amount of gelatin but I usually supplement with the chicken necks for more body.

Great for gelatinous bone broth

One of my favorites to make bone broth. One pack of these is enough for me to make a gelatinous broth, especially when chicken feet are out of stock the chicken backs is my go to to make sure I get a good amount of collagen in my broth. And the price is amazing for the good quality product I am buying. I also use the chicken backs to give to my dog.
