Beard Conditioner - Original Scent

I love the product, smells very nice, not too greasy. I cut my beard last week for a different look but it seemed to be helping. I’ll likely grow it out again this winter. My only issue was the packaging as it still came in liquid form and some wasted in shipment. I don’t know how to solve that problem.

Guess it was too hot in Texas at time of delivery because it melted and by the time it became solid again, half of the product was gone

Respected Roots was very responsive with rectifying an issue with my order. I live in Texas and the conditioner leaked and dissolved into liquid by the time it arrived to me. (Texas Summers are hot and humid). I reported it and they quickly shipped me a replacement. I just had to pay the shipping fees. It still dissolved and leaked some but I still could use it. Great customer service and my beard feels great.
