The 2X Thickening BIOTIN Beard Balm is great. After using the product for several days, it helps with keeping down the “wild” hairs and also makes it soft. After a delivery snafu, my original order was delivered to the incorrect location. Customer Service at BBS was excellent and they quickly sent another.
