I really like it but think it's too strong for me. BUT it works for sure!!! I have the Test Pills and prefer those as they are less intense. My lips and face start tingling due to the intensity of the product and being that I'm using it for bike training my heart rate goes high enough without help to be honest. If I was doing more Anerobic stuff, I can see where this would be golden ...
