Excellent customer service!

This is our second Turbro product. We purchased our first one to use in our unworking fireplace, and for both ambiance and heat, we loved it!! Unfortunately, the power switch went bad and it would no longer turn on. But thanks to absolutely fantastic customer service, Turbro made it possible for us to affordably replace it. This new unit is even better than the old! Love the remote control feature and the log lighting seems more natural, as the old log set appeared too red. Don’t have to worry about a switch going bad, as the control buttons and remote on this unit are much more practical. The heat that this puts off is astounding. This being the smaller of the units and it still easily heats up our decent sized living and kitchen area. We will be using Turbro products in the future, for both quality products and top-notch customer service!

This fireplace is amazingly real nice and keeps you real warm Ty so much

This is one of the best electric fireplaces on the market. I had found it a challenge to find one in this size without compromising the quality and performance. It heats my living room area as well as my hallway into the other rooms on this level. The flames are realistic and it doesn't make much noise. I just wish that the temperature went down to 60° instead of 70°.
