I Watched LRN2DIY and Bought This Product!

This was a very good experience after watch the youtube video two times. It did take me the better part of a whole day to get this done and I ran into a couple of minor issues. The experience was challenging but rewarding. The unit is quiet and efficient. My workshop is as comfortable as I want it to be regardless of the outside temperature.

I am very pleased with the Tosot Mini-Split 9,000Btu unit. The only reasons I did not give it a 5 star was the drain plug was cracked almost in half upon receipt and I sent email notification with pictures to Tosot and have yet to receive a response. The rack that I purchased from them had one bolt that would not work with any nut, so I had to go to the hardware store to purchase a bolt and nut that would work.

Excellent product. Great price, fast free shipping and easy to follow install I structions. Can't believe how quiet the unit is...can't hear anything inside and very quiet outside as well. Very pleased!
