18,000 BTU Mini-Split Heat Pump Air Conditioner-230V

My wife and I have owned my parents former home in northern Wisconsin for the past 9 years. It needed renovating, and one item in need of attention was the non-functional mini split. There are limited dealers/installers in our area, so we requested quotes. Both came in with quotes over $10K for a single head unit. We found that absurd, so I spend months researching DIY units. That research put me onto TOSOT. Having maintained fighter aircraft, built heavy machinery, and renovated three other homes I knew I could handle the installation. A couple YouTube videos specifically related to the TOSOT Cosmo combined with excellent customer support made the installation go very well. Yes, the air did get a little blue for a bit when I discovered I forgot to switch the drain hose on the inside unit to the other side, but after two days the unit was up, running, and cooling our home. I highly recommend TOSOT. The equipment and customer support are excellent.

The unit is spectacular. Today is the second day of having it fully installed and what do you know, there is a heat advisory and im sitting in my non insulated 3 seasons room, well 4 seasons room now, and its colder than my house. Thank you for making such a great unit, BTW I purchased the 18k unit.
