The Turbo Log set is awesome. Still haven't got used to the fact that the flames aren't real. Funny thing whenever I put my hands near the heater to feel the heat I hesitate pulling my hands back to keep from being burned by the fire. It looks so real. I'll be ordering another one for a second fireplace I have. Excellent product, very satisfied I'm sitting in front of it as I write this review all cozy'd up.

Love it!

Quiet operation. Throws off plenty of heat in my living room, even with vaulted ceilings. Great ambience. Exceptional customer service!!
