Review of Elite Steele Ground Plate

I have been using the X3 Steele Ground Plate for over a year and very satisfied with the results I have been seeing. The plate is well made and durable and a must have if you are going to be using variable resistance. I highly recommend the plate, the X3 system and all of the products at Jaquish Biomedical.

Replacement plate

I sold my original X3 system because I had bought the Paraforce bands, Vibe Plate, and the Force Bar. I bought this plate for convenience when I travel. I like that I could buy it separately from the whole system and that it has rubber floor protectors.
