excellent service......but

requires the right employee. Carolina chatted with me, understood the urgency of my request for overnight delivery and came thru 100% Another employee that I had spoken to previous to her, told me it was impossible to overnight anything except on Mondays. CAROLINA is the type of employee that makes a company reputable....she should be supervising and training others.
