Great customer service. Customer service kindly took my order answered my questions. Delivery was very fadt. I received my product the next day. Setting up scooter was very easy. The video very helpful. I like the instructions has the link to the video on each section. And the “Thank You” note was very special to me. It shows the company or staff care about each purchase. Arrived as expected. My 90 yo mother was very happy with it straight out the box.

Company Doesn't Disclose Battery Issue

I used my scooter about 15 times over 7 months so I was surprised that the battery died so quickly. I contacted customer support and they said it was because I left my battery in the charger for more than 12 hours. It doesn't say that in the manual and that's pertinent information. It's also very difficult to time charging for only 10-12 hours. Of course, I am expected to buy a new battery. I will not recommend Vive scooters at all.
