The absolute Best!

Many months ago, before winter, I bought the combo butt & ribs. We did 2 rib racks on a pellet smoker right away. We used the 2/2 method and the results were fantastic. We did a butt on the pellet smoker in the traditional way and again the results were fantastic. That left 1 butt and 2 racks remaining in the freezer. Being wussed at winter, I did the last butt in the oven. Again , the results were fantastic. Last week we did the last racks on the pellet smoker using the 2/2 method. Without question, these were the finest ribs I have ever made. A word about the butts and ribs from Creekstone: The meatiness is extraordinary. The trimming is done extremely well, especially the ribs. Well that's the end of the first butt & rib combo. I just orders the same combo again and it's waiting for another great smoke. Always excellent

The two butts and ribs, plus a brisket, make a perfect combo for my street party. The butts were excellent, with almost no trimming required, and the ribs were very meaty. As always, delivery was prompt and reliable, so I can wait to confirm good weather ahead and order week of.
