Excellent thermometer

This is a great thermometer; it has a high temperature tolerance (I can take post-boil readings immediately) and is fast and accurate. Much better than the cheap kitchen thermometer I was using before. It comes on automatically when you open it and also turns off when you fold it, which is a handy feature.
