Organic White Corn Posole

Delicious!

The last dried corn I purchased elsewhere had a rough coating on it that made it difficult/unpleasant to eat but this cooked perfectly in a porridge. I will get this again!

I havent used the posole yet! Lentils are gift to friend. appreciate the quick shipping tho :)

My recent order, including 3# of white corn posole, met or exceeded my expectations. While I haven't cooked it yet, the posole looks even better than the what I got last year and that cooked up beautifully.
