Excellent Quality, Grind, and Flavor
First time trying the blue, red, and yellow masa and love it. The grind is fine enough to make pliable blue corn tortillas, as well as tamales. Used the red in mixed flour waffles and muffins and has an excellent flavor. Have tried other brands and they don't measure up and tend to sit. In just a couple of weeks I've used half of what I ordered. This will become a staple in our kitchen.
