Wild White Peony Tea (Bai Mu Dan)
In the realm of white teas, I love this leaf. Unlike the Silver Needle (which I’m also a huge fan of….) this particular tea has a brightness, a slight surprising upturn in flavor at the end of a sip, what I’d describe as a “heartiness," considering the delicacy of white teas.
