No. 642 Sheboygan Style Bratwurst Seasoning

Bratwurst mix doesn't get any better than this! I prefer it mixed with 30 lbs of meat, rather than the 25 lbs they say to use.

An awesome traditional brat flavor, just add your favorite high temp cheese and you have built a masterpiece. I like to add diced hot peppers to give my brats a little warmth. A little secret is add 16 oz heavy whipping cream to a 25# batch, you will never go without again!
