Needle plate for older Elna machine fit perfectly and was easy to install. Machine was then acceptable for tune-up & service at a local sewing machine store that had previously been unwilling to service due to the old cracked plate. Worked out very well. Will now give it to my sisters-in-law since it had been their mother's machine many years ago. Glad part was available.
